On February 3, 2024, a significant moment unfolded in the lives of 202 Grade 9 students as they were bestowed with the Sacrament of Confirmation by His Excellency, Bishop Jesse Mercado of the Diocese of Paranaque. Accompanying him were three other ministers who were delegated to assist in the solemn ceremony.

The celebration took place at the Parish of the Resurrection, to which Manresa School. The entire church resonated with vitality and melody as parents, guardians, and godparents, along with the faculty and staff of Manresa School, actively engaged in responses and singing throughout the mass, filling the sacred space in joyful worship.
